SDS Auto Detailing is a sole proprietorship operating in Hillsborough County, Florida. By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you book a service, request a quote, contact us, or communicate with us, you may provide:

- Photos or videos that you submit to help us quote a job

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with tax and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by category:
- Customer and booking records: up to 7 years after last service (for tax and accounting purposes)
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Website analytics: typically up to 26 months
- Payment records: as required by our payment processor and applicable law
When information is no longer needed, we will either delete it or anonymize it.
5. How We Protect Your Information

Transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, service updates, and receipts) are not considered marketing and may still be sent while you are an active customer.
7.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share about you
- Access or request a copy of your personal information
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising
- Limit use of sensitive personal information
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf (we will verify both your identity and the agent's authority).
7.3 Florida Residents
SDS Auto Detailing is based in Florida. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) applies to businesses that meet certain revenue thresholds which we do not currently meet. Regardless, as a courtesy, Florida residents may exercise the same access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights described above by emailing [email protected] with "Florida Privacy Request" in the subject line.
7.4 Other U.S. State Residents
Residents of other U.S. states that have enacted comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others) may have similar rights, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising. 7.5 Response Times
We will respond to verified requests within 45 days for California residents (with one 45-day extension available) and within the timelines required by other applicable state laws.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site and Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete it.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to, or be accessed from, third-party websites or platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, or Yelp). 10. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and submitting it through any of our forms, you give your express written consent to receive calls and text messages (including autodialed and prerecorded messages) from SDS Auto Detailing at that specific number, for booking, service, and marketing purposes. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP. You can get help by replying HELP or emailing [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
11. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We may use cookies and tools from advertising partners (such as Meta/Facebook and Google) that may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws. To opt out, email us at [email protected] with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line, and where available, enable global opt-out preference signals (such as the Global Privacy Control) in your browser.
12. International Users
